DC District Attorney to Charge Trump With Murder

LEAVE DONALD ALONE!

Trish Blake, District Attorney for the District of Columbia has revealed that her office will charge former President Donald Trump with one count of First Degree Murder for his role in the terrorist insurrection that took place on January 6, 2021.

She spoke of the lies that the former President told about the results of the 2020 election, where he was blown out in both a popular vote and Electoral College landslide.

“The facts show that five people died during the terrorist attack and several lives have been impacted. We’re going to see a case presented by the defense that says that Donald Trump was nowhere near the Capitol Building that will be easy enough to squash. We already have permission to use the same video that the House Impeachment Managers used in their opening statement during his impeachment trial.

We know that Trump was not at the Capitol Building. We also know that he incited a bunch of gullible rubes to do his bidding. A police officer was killed that day and we will get him and his family the justice that they deserve.”

When asked about the other four people that were killed that day, Blake laughed and said,

“We actually did reduce the charge from Capital Murder to First Degree Murder since Trump’s words and actions did lead to the deaths of four terrorists. Tots and pears to their families.  Maybe that’ll learn people to not be terrorists?”

The trial is expected to take place in the next few weeks.

At this time, there is no word on whether Blake will pursue a plea bargain from the former President or if she is going for a full-on show trial like one Orenthal James Simpson had so many years ago.

Will Trump flee the scene with a gun to his head in a white Bronco going north on I-95 with his best friend Mark St. John?

Will he stop for frosty chocolate milkshakes and a Big Mac?

Time will tell. What we do know is that Blake has never lost a case and doesn’t plan to start losing now.
